Semi-automatic machine for filling and sealing flexible bags with open filling tube.
The machine is designed for controlled dosing of liquid products into bags and for sealing the tube after filling. It is suitable for applications that require filling accuracy, reliability and easy integration in controlled production environments.
he indicative hourly output can reach up to approximately 400 bags per hour with 500 ml format, depending on the filling volume, bag size, product characteristics and operating conditions. The machine can process bags of different sizes, with indicative volumes from approximately 50 ml up to approximately 6,000 ml (according to manufacturer specifications). It is designed to handle flexible bags with open filling tube, made of plastic materials commonly used in pharmaceutical applications, such as PE, PP and multilayer materials, suitable for liquid filling processes, including aqueous or low-viscosity products.
