02 cylinders as follows:
1. Stainless steel chromed ( heated) – 360 mm diam.
2. RACOLAN – 500 mm diam.

Stainless steel cylinders heated by Gas heated at low consumption
- max temperature 250°C.
(with precision in heating of 1°C. more/less)

Device to keep he cylinders rotating at low speed when work is finished
in order to avoid the surface cylinders are damaged by heating irradiation

Air blower device at cylinder edges to avoid damaging
during calendaring by high temperature heated cylinder

Exit with one Air cooled
Big roll arm device for delivery of the fabrics on to big roll ( A – frame trolleys)


Machine suitable for the following surface effects on to fabric:
1. Smoothing
2. Luster
3. Chintz (High-glaze)
4. Soft hand

Machine is in excellent running condition, with rectified and chromed cylinder
