Rilecart R-500

Semiautomatic device for assembling calendars.
The operator must install a computer with the required data (diameter, pitch and number of rings per piece),
put the pre-drilled product on the table and press the pedal.
The machine cuts a segment of the required number of rings from the spool and drags it to the binding area.
The R-500 table fixes the product and moves forward, driving the perforated side into a spiral, which is closed into the product thanks to a special forming tool.
Extremely simple and fast tool change operations and required settings.
All operations are controlled by a microprocessor with memory of 30 different types of work.
