Automatic Edgebander
With Rounding Unit

GRINDING UNIT
With two 80 mm diameter diamond tools, the unit allows for optimal finishing and linearity of the panel during pre-machining.
Equipped with independent suction hoods and an air cushion device for panel cleaning,
the tools can be moved vertically for use during sharpening.

▪ GLUE POUCH, LOADING, AND EDGE PRESSURE UNIT equipped with:
Hot-melt glue pot with rapid heating and Teflon coating for easy glue changes
Glue roller with internal heating element to ensure a constant glue temperature
Applied glue temperature control integrated into the PLC
Automatic device for recovering unused glue
Automatic edge roll feeder with cutter for thin edges up to 3 mm thick
Rotating roll holder, diameter 730 mm
Pressure roller with 2 steel rollers with opposite taper
Automatic reduction of the glue pot temperature after a standby time
Self-lubrication of the glue pot

END CUTTING UNIT
With High-frequency motor for trimming excess edges at 90° in the front and rear parts of the panel.

▪ TRIMMERING UNIT
With high-frequency motors, equipped with horizontal rotary and vertical disc copiers for perfect alignment.
The unit is equipped with 55.3 mm diameter cutters, part of the cutting edge, for trimming
radiused edges (2 mm or 3 mm on request) and rounded edges.
The straight part of the cutting edge is used for trimming wooden edges up to 5 mm thick.
To change the position from radiused to wooden edges, simply move the cutters along the same axis.
The thickness is indicated by two digital indicators.
