For the production of polypropylene multifilament yarn
Power supply: 3 x 400 VAC 256A, compressed air 6 - 7 bar.
The line consists of:
an extruder powered by a Maguire WSB-140R gravimetric feeder, a filter section, 4 spinning heads
with 2 spinners each, stretching sections
with 6 heating rollers and a stretching oven each, loopers
and 4 SAHM type 3002R automatic winders from 2005.
The winders are suitable for 2 x 75/300 mm spools.
The capacity of the whole machine is about 120 kg of yarn per hour
(up to a speed of 2500 m/min depending on the thickness of the yarn).
The range of yarn produced: from 600 to 3000 den, maximum strength 7 g / den
(depending on the thickness of the yarn).
