Stephan UM24 A Universal Machine

The machine has two speeds, 1450 and 2900 rpm
and can be used universally. With the respective accessories,
it is suitable for the production of sausage meat,
mayonnaise, ketchup, breadcrumbs, dough,
mixtures and other products.

The machine is delivered with the knife insert shown.
The machine can be tilted for cleaning or for removing the processed goods.
Tilting the machine is also helpful when processing small quantities,
so that the work is always immersed in the small quantity.
