+3MM SUPPL.GRID+TRAY+OLIVE TRAY Completely built in steel.
The machine has been specially designed to separate the olives from the pits.
The machine consists of an olive loading hopper
equipped with a feeder operated by a gearmotor.
The olives arrive in the separation basket where a mixer
with 3 fins centrifuges the product by making the pitted paste come
out on one side and the stones on the other,
a cleaner always keeps the grid free and a screw feeds the mono pump
which sends the pitted paste to the brakes.
All parts in contact with the product are made of AISI 304 stainless steel
and material for food use. Hourly production: 80/120 kg.
