Handles all formats from 1 roll to 32 rolls.
Diameter from 90mm to a maximum of 198mm.
Packaging in both poly and paper.
Speed: 90/110 strokes per minute (depends on formats).

Equipment has been extremely well maintained, as it was the only operating line until five months ago when fully upgraded our production facilities.
With this line, they successfully generated a large turnover.

2-TMC FBS400 Bagging Machine
Year 2001.
Speed: 9 bags per minute (depends on formats).

3-OCME Motoman Robot
H.2800, year 1998.
Performs 10 picks per minute, for a total of 10/11 pallets per hour. (0.8×1.2×2.50h).

4-OCME Ballotti Shuttle with Laser
Year 1998.
Simultaneously transports two columns h 250.

5-PIERI AVR104 SPECIAL 399/97 Auto. Stacker Wrapper
Year 1998.
Its speed is 20/22 turns per minute per column h 250.
