sauces, dressings, pulps, gelatins, soy milk,
baby formula, tomato ketchup, barbecue sauces,
vegetable purees, beverage concentrates,
and creams and ointments.

Manufacturer also recommends for uniform milling
of high moisture substrates such as cooked meats,
whole kernel corn, ricotta cheese,
beans and other vegetables.
