DICER, with bypass chute

FEATURES:
• Equipped with a secondary / by-pass in-feed chute,
which bypasses the slice shell for granulation,
strip cutting or two-dimensional cutting applications
such as for chopping herbs, green onions,
nuts (e.g. almonds, cashews, walnuts & peanuts)
and other fruit and vegetable products.
• Includes a juice chute for catching juice such as when dicing tomatoes.
• Maximum product input size of 3.5 inches (88.9mm) in any direction.
• Three cutting dimensions (or two-dimensional cuts using aforementioned bypass feed chute).
o Slice thickness: 1/16 to 3/8 inch (1.6 to 9.5mm) -- knob adjustable.
o Circular knife cuts: 1/8 to 1 inch (3.2 to 25.4mm) -- knives & spacers.
o Crosscut knife cuts: 0.05 to 3 inch (1.3 to 76.2mm) -- change part: Call 315-589-4511 to tell us YOUR cutting specification!
• USDA food grade sanitary stainless steel product contact surfaces; refurbished with castings freshly replated.
• Stainless steel control panel.
• Safety interlock system which cuts power to the machine if chutes or guards are removed, with maintenance lock-out.
• Stop switches on front and back sides of the machine.
• 5 HP stainless steel shrouded 3 phase drive motor.
• 208/230 volt electrical input.
