Urschel RA / RA-A DICER

FEATURES:
This machine was built and the manufacturer tag is stamped as a model "RA", but it's cutting parts and castings have been replated and updated to all stainless steel contacts, USDA sanitary compliant; equivalent to the RA-A model.
Equipped with 1/8 inch feed drum.
Includes a juice chute for catching juice such as when dicing tomatoes.
Maximum product input size 3.5 inches (88.9mm) in any dimension.
Three cutting dimensions:
Slice thickness: 1/16 to 3/8 inch 1.6 to 9.5 mm - knob adjustable.
Circular knife cuts: 1/8 to 1 inch / 3.2 to 25.4 mm - knives & spacers.
Crosscut knife cuts: .05 to 3 inch / 1.3 to 76.2 mm - change part.
All food grade USDA sanitary stainless steel construction.
Stainless steel control panel with safety interlock system.
5 HP drive motor.
208 / 230 volt 3 phase electrical input.
