Urschel SL-A DICER

Three cutting dimensions:
Maximum firm product input size 4 inches (101.6 mm) in any dimension.
Slice thickness: up to 1/2 inch (12.7 mm) -- knob adjustable.
Circular knife cuts: 1/8 to 2 inch (3.2 to 50.8 mm) -- knives & spacers determine.
Crosscut knife cuts: ? inch to 3 inch (3.2 to 76.2 mm) -- change part.
By removing the crosscut knife and / or the circular knife spindle(s), the Urschel SL-A cutter can also cut strips (two-dimensional cuts) and slices (single dimensional cut).
