Varemac FDY 4.16 unit for the production of polypropylene multifilament yarn.
Power supply: 3 x 500 VAC 450A (power consumption about 150kW during production), compressed air 6 - 7 bar.
The machine has 2 production lines with 2 sections each (you can produce 2 assortments at the same time).
Each string consists of: an extruder powered by a Maguire WSB-220 gravimetric feeder, a filter section, 2 spinning heads with 4 spinners each,
2 stretching sections with 9 heating rollers each, loopers and 2 Barmag Baby automatic winders.
Efficiency of the whole machine (2 x 2 sections) - up to 100 kg of yarn per hour (up to a speed of 2300 m/min depending on the thickness of the yarn).
The range of yarn produced: from 150 to 3000 den, strength above 7 g / den (depending on the thickness of the yarn).
Winders are adapted to 2 x 75/300 mm or 4 x 75/150 mm spools (replaceable accessories).
