The meatball attachment accurately shapes and portions
all types of ball-shaped products.
They consistently produce exact-weight portions,
ranging from 1/8-oz. up to 4-oz. and more.
Product diameters range from approximately 0.375" to 2.375".
Changeovers from one product diameter to another are quick and easy.
An integrated cutting plate features an overlap blade action
to ensure the meatballs are completely separated from one another,
eliminating any “necklace” effect.
The attachment has a 4 and a 6 drop head.
