Consisting of:
• Dough hopper and laminator with pressure board
• Laminating stations
• Adjustable guillotine system
• Dough scrap return system back to the hopper
• Seeding station with seed recovery system
• Conveyors and outfeed tables
The line is designed for laminated and shaped doughs,
especially for ciabatta, focaccia, rustic breads,
artisan sandwich breads, baguette-style loaves.
It works very well with high-hydration doughs.
