High performance slicer for slicing cold meat, bacon, sausage and cheese.
Complete with checkweigher, rocker, reject conveyor and transport conveyor.
Portions that are not within the weight limits are detected
by the checkweigher, guided onto the reject conveyor by the rocker
and corrected there by hand.
The transfer unit consists mainly of a portioning conveyor
and a control conveyor. The portioning conveyor picks up the slices cut
by the slicer, divides them into portions
and passes them on to the control conveyor
for further transport to the subsequent units.
Currently being used to slice bacon rashers in consumer retail packs
from 150g up to 600g.
However, this machine is very flexible and will slice back bacon,
streaky bacon and turkey bacon in rashers of various configurations.
Output/max cutting speed:
Circular knife: up to 600 cuts per minute (circular blade)
Crescent knife: up to 2000 cuts per minute
Maximum product size:
Slice thickness: 0.1-50mm
