Welex 2″ 24:1 L/D Extruder

2″ 24:1 L/D extruder with a three (3) zone electrically heated,
air cooled non-vented barrel at approximately a 50″ centerline height.
Gearbox is a Koellmann Gear and is belt driven by a 20 HP D/C motor with SCR control.
D/C motor was recently replaced. Unitized temperature control panel
with six (6) zones of controllers consisting of three zones
for the barrel and three die zones.
Swing gate on discharge. Gravity feed hopper.
460V/3ph/60Hz input.
