Wohlenberg Champion S 21

This 2006 Wohlenberg Champion S 21 perfect binding system is a complete inline book production line
designed for efficient gathering, binding, trimming, and stacking of perfect bound books and brochures.
The system includes a 28-station gatherer, Champion S 21 clamp binder, cooling tower, three-knife trimmer,
and automatic stacker for streamlined production from signatures to finished stacks.
The binder is equipped with PUR adhesive capability utilizing a Nordson drum premelter and also includes an EVA glue pot for hot melt binding.

The Wohlenberg Champion S series is a high performance clamp perfect binder designed for the production of books and brochures using hot melt, cold glue, or PUR adhesive systems.
The S 21 configuration provides 21 clamps and is capable of producing a wide range of book formats and thicknesses.
The machine features PLC based controls, spine milling preparation stations, precision cover feeding and creasing,
and accurate cover registration and pressing for consistent finished book quality.
