Functional sequence:
The dough pieces are entered via a conveyor belt with centering rollers. Then the piece of dough is rolled out by a pair of rollers (roller gap is adjustable). Then the piece of dough is flattened by two rollers arranged one behind the other. These are also adjustable. Subsequently, the piece of dough is rolled up in the height-adjustable roll-up station. Then the rolled-up piece of dough is rolled into the longrolling station (long roll belt) with underlying adjustable side guides (counter-tduct belt height adjustable).
