YGJ2-100 Roller Mill

Supplied by Grain Tech (Auckland), 3 ph, 1.5kw, 20-80kg/hr,
stainless steel, 2 layers of rollers, ideal for grinding oily products
such as sesame, peanuts, almonds etc.
Materials are fed in from a hopper and get crushed through extrusion
& pressed between 2-layers of rollers.
The 1st roller layer is the pre-crushing stage, mainly grinding big particles
into small ones with irregular shapes;
the 2ndrollerlayer is the fine milling stage,
mainly grinding the smaller particles into 40 mesh or so.
Rollers – 170mm Ø x 100mm L.
