Q: I am interested in a ICBT DTAR 360 and I want to use 3 yarn in TFO to twist in ring twister, possible?
A: This machine is working in same time both TFO and ring Twister together , this machine designed to use each from 2 yarns up to 6 yarns for 1 spindle ring twister together.
Q: Please explain the process of a Barmag DD2000 GT Two for one twister
A :DD2000GT is a double twist twisting machine: two thread twists are generated just with one spindle turn. The twisted material is wound onto a cardboard mandrel using a winding system controlled by the bobbin tension and generating precision crossed bobbins. This model of twisting machine is fully parameterizable: twist direction, number of twists, collection speed, cross ratio, etc.
The machine has a modular structure in sections, with four workstations on each side. Each of the main components (spindle, feeder, winder, etc.) are equipped with their own converters.
The control of each one of the workstations is carried out in a decentralized way through a drive in the workstation. The necessary data, such as spindle revolutions, turns per meter, etc., is centrally registered from the unit drive located in the general distribution board. This data will be the nominal value, for the control of each workstation.
The necessary input data for operation can be collected in formulas that can be saved with a specific number and retrieved at any time. Such data is protected against unauthorized changes.
In this case we have two twisting lines for the generation of 250 mm wide bobbins and a weight of approximately 5 kg.
Q: I have seen a RPR GC120N two for one twister 90 positons. It it suitable bro PES, PP and PR 40 dtex to 200 dtex? How many kg per month of yarn can they produce?
A : Yes these RPR GC120N two for one twister can twist PES, PP and PR.
On these machines we are producing from 33 dtex to 280 dtex at a range of 60 to 2500 twists.
For production it depends on the count of yarn and the numebr of twists. For example we for 100 dtex, 600 twists we were producing more than 10 kg per position per monty (1 ton per machine of 90 position). In case of 280 dtex ith 300 twist we were producing more than 20 kg per position per monty.
Q: I am intersted in a used Memmingen SRZ II 300/250 Ring twister and I need toknow if the main motor have an inverter command.
A : This Memmingen SRZ II 300/250 Ring twister was lelivered in 1990. It has two motors, for each machine side one motor which means each side works independently. In 1990 the machine was supplied without inverter but you can install one if you want.
Q: We are looking for some used twisting machines for fine titers in the range 470 + 550 dtex polyester and polyamide at low budget. What can you recommend?
A: You can produce with used Barmag DD13 or DD23 that can setup current thread title 500 dtex up to 3300 dtex
Q: What is the benefit of a Savio TFO duo pot? I would like to know what is production of 8 spindles on 8/2 ne cotton. This twister put a cone over cone. On top Do not need doublig?
A: Production of Ne 8/2 (Nm13,6/2) with 150 twist per meter will be 96-100 kg/24h on 8 spindles. It is calculated with spindle speed of 8500twist/min, but machine can work with speed of 11000twist/mim and capacity is much greater then. Machine can work as duo pot (one on other cone) with no need of doubling yarn. Machine can work with doubled yarn as well.
Q: Re your used Lezzeni BRD Assembly twister 1995, can I have details of spindle speed and capstan speed?
A: This used Lezzeni BRD is very special. It produces fishnet yarn processin at processing 4.500 rpm. It is gear drive.
Q: What are the dimensions of a used T2T R99 TWISTING MACHINE SIMA from 1989 and please explain more in details what it can produce?
A: The Sima T2T R99 suitable for producing twisted yarn from 10000 to 100000 deniers in natural or synthetic fiber, with spindle - multiple type for producing tubular tubes.
The spool dimension is 8/9 kg on a tube of 300 mm. Weight of the machine 2100 kg. Dimensions: cm 230x110x120
Q: Can I use the take up package with a used RPR TFO two for one twister model GC96DF 120 postions, with heater
A: If you need to put bobins on the take up package, you will need a RPR-GC72 Two for one twister.
Q: Please give me more detaisl about your Yarn twister Custom made with 8 Savio spindles
A: It was made locally. Only spindles are from Savio.
Number of twist lower than 400 is possible of course as well higher number of twists per meter. It can be set with frequency regulator for spindle speed (8 spindles = 8 motors), and winding can be set by gears.
Machine is very economical in electric consumption because it rans as much motors as you use spindles. For example, if you use one spindle at the moment, only one small motor will work to drive the spindle.

A: The Power supply of our Murata 368 is set up for 380 V., 50/60 Hz. (it has an inverter, so frequency is no problem). Feed is by cylindrical tubes, 42 mm inside diameter, 20 cm. in length. Pot diameter is 20 cm. If we still have some tubes, we will include them. It requires compressed air for the yarn to be threaded down the twisting hole. Take up is 5 56’ cones, 6 inches length. It has waxing device.
Q: What are the dimensions of the element of a used Oerlikon, Volkmann VTS05-0-C Carpet Cabler from 2007 with 104 spindles?

Q: What is the difference between a cabling machine and a twisting machine?
A: Two for one twisting and yarn cabling are both mechanical impovement of the yarn characteristics. Once cabling done there will be a perfect formation of the hair in case of carpet weaving? In dircet cabling two yarns are twisted one around the other in one operation. This will inmrove the alignement and the cohesion of the fibers.
Q: Regarding your used Lezzeni TBR / LA yarn twisting 1990 how many bobbins and cops are available exactly? How many spindles are in working condition and how many spindles are missing ? How many pulleys are available and in what sizes ? Can you also explain the technical terms?A:
A: Bobbins are the reels on which yarn is loaded and put on top row of the used Lezzeni TBR / LA yarn twisting . If the machine has 80 spindles, that means 240 bobbins must be loaded on top row. And another 240 must be available for loading and unloading at the same time. That means minimum 480 bobbins must be present. Cops are the reels that are on spindles and twisted twine is loaded on them. Same logic as above minimum 160 cops must be present. Pulleys and the sprocket wheels of different diameters are needed for adjusting TPM values.
