Line 3: TONIOLO brand extruder line. Raw material tower dryer and cooler renewed. Control panel renewed with OMRON brand driver and used PLC. 96 winder motor plus 12 big motors renewed with OMRON driver and PLC. Ovens and cylinders renewed. BTSR sensors used for winder vs drivers.
Used to produce 0.18-0.50 mm yarn. This extruder used to produce hot melting yarn and grass cutting yarn and glass house plant carry yarns. Capacity 700-1000 kg

Line 4: LEONARDO brand extruder line. Control panel changed to OMRON brand, driver and PLC renewed. 168 winders heads renewed by OMRON driver and PLC added to follow all heads on screen. Winders sensors used BTSR brand.
This line used to produce 0.08 mm/60D 200 kg 0.10mm/100D 300 kg 0.12mm/150D; 400 kg capacity.
