An eight-roll continuous abrasive peeler, scrubber, onions, fruits and vegetables

Previously used as an onion peeler in a chopped onion processing line.

Currently configured with eight (8) abrasive grit 3 inch diameter rolls mounted parallel (in-line) with product flow - 1/2 inch gap between rolls.
26 inch wide by 20 inch long tapered infeed hopper.
Lubricating and rinsing action are provided in the chamber by a dual stainless steel water spray pipe header with several uniformly spaced spray nozzles.
Powered discharge metering auger controls retention time in the chamber.
57 inch high infeed, 42 inch discharge height -- adjustable leg frame.
Water, peels & debris drop to a full length bottom collection pan with 4 inch diameter center bottom outlet.
Hinged top and side access doors.
Food grade sanitary stainless steel construction frame and body (abrasive rolls are abrasive-coated steel).
Includes 10 HP hydraulic pack.
208/230/460 volt 3 phase electrical input.
