Lubricating and rinsing action are provided in the chamber by a dual stainless steel water spray pipe header with several uniformly spaced spray nozzles.
Powered discharge metering auger controls retention time in the chamber.
57 inch high infeed, 42 inch discharge height - adjustable leg frame.
Water, peels and debris drop to a full length bottom collection pan with 4 inch diameter center bottom outlet.
Hinged top and side access doors.
Food grade sanitary stainless steel construction frame and body (abrasive rolls are abrasive-coated steel).
