Hybond 552 45° Feed Thermocompression Wedge Wire/Ribbon Bonder

This Hybond 552 45° Feed Thermocompresssion Wedge Wire &
Ribbon Bonder looks to be in good cosmetic condition,
showing some minor signs of wear.
It comes with a B&L StereoZoom 4 Microscope, and a Heated Workholder,
as shown.
Consumables (wire, ribbon, wedges, etc.) are not included.
A list of vendors can be provided.

It is currently shown with a model 400 Temperature Controller,
but my technician will likely change the connector on the back of the machine,
so that the workholder can be plugged directly into the machine,
making the temp controller unnecessary
