Automatic multi-line packaging machine
for packaging liquid products in plastic film bags.
This packaging machine forms each bag starting
from film on a plastic or aluminum coil.
He removes the foil from the roll, divides it into two parts
and then seals one over the other creating the vertical walls
of the bags just before separating them into several columns or strips.
After this, it introduces the product inside the bag
to then seal it horizontally.
Finally, the bags are cut giving the bags the final shape.
The trimmings are removed by a belt towards the rear
of the machine and the finished bags are ejected by
an exit belt towards the front of the packaging machine.
Production: 20 bags/minute depending on the product,
film and configuration. Reel film width: 960 mm.
Types of bags sealed four sides. Dosage: peristaltic pumps.
