Fully automatic, intermittent operating sachet form, fill and seal machine
For producing sachets with four-sided seals
The sachets are produced from a single reel of foil
which is mounted at the rear of the machine and is sliced centrally
The two webs are then re-joined to form the sachet
For granules or liquids (currently set up for liquids)
Fitted with product pumps for liquids
Arranged for variable speed
and has a maximum speed of 120 strokes/min
(currently resulting in an output of 240 sachets/min)
Four lane machine, with 4 filling pumps
Mounted product hopper with level sensor
Last filling 7.5ml, 15ml and 30ml
The machine is fitted with an edge sensing system
which continually monitors the film
