Equipped with C-clamp & 1" diameter rod die.
Screw is water cooled with rotary union, has power roller feed
with hydraulic motor & hydraulic pumping system chain driven to shaft to primary drive.
125 HP DC Reliance motor with Reliance flex pack plus SCR.
Motor is direct connected to gearbox in a tuck under style.
Includes operator control panel with (5) Eurotherm instruments.
Includes gauges for pressure & screw RPM.
Gearbox rated at 21.28/1 ratio, 125 HP 1150 RPM input with 1.25SF.
Extruder dimensions: 183" long, 64" wide, 72" high.
