This Orthodyne 20 Ultrasonic Heavy Wire Bonder with
Wire Dereeler looks to be in good cosmetic condition,
showing some signs of wear.
It comes with a Stereo Zoom Microscope, although the one shown in
the photos may not be the exact one you recieve.
We are selling this bonder in working condition.
We have a technician who refurbishes these for us,
but it could take three months to getting it fully functional
(parts take 12 weeks from Orthodyne).
We can offer a 30-day parts warranty to
the 48 contiguous US States only.
If it is to be shipped overseas, it can be inspected here at
our warehouse before shipment, but once it ships, it is as-is.
We recommend having the bonder crated for shipment,
the cost of which will be the responsibility of the buyer.
