Other DAC Column

A DAC column,or Dynamic Axial Compression column,is a self-packing column used for separation in laboratories,at pilot scale,and in industrial manufacturing.
DAC columns use a movable piston attached to a hydraulic jack to pack the column. The piston applies constant compression to the stationary phase, which helps to ensure high efficiency and bed stability. The piston also prevents mechanical degradation and maintains constant bed compression, even if the bed swells or shrinks.

It can be used in large-scale industrial preparation-level applications such as natural products, synthetic drugs, protein peptides, and plant extracts.
