For milling, drilling, grinding in 5-axis interpolated space of various furniture elements, bent glued elements,
including the production of templates and molds.
Machine tables:
2 FLAT-type machines, each measuring 630(X) x 1020(Y) mm.
The surfaces of the machines are equipped with milled vacuum channels. Rubber pads can be used to limit the required area to the size of the workpiece.
Both machines can operate in two modes or alternately: one machine is in operation and the other moves to the front area
to change the processed workpiece, or both machines can operate synchronously, for example, when processing large parts.
Additional TANDEM tables (optional)
TANDEM tables are designed to process parts from all 5 sides. Each machine table is equipped with 2 movable crossbars, freely moving along the Y-axis.
Each crossbar contains 2 aluminum tables measuring 170x170 mm (8 tables in total), freely moving along the X-axis.
The aluminum tables are equipped with milled channels for using a vacuum workpiece clamping system.
In addition, the tables are equipped with grooves along the perimeter for installing pneumatic clamps (optional).
The working head configuration:
The working head is equipped with three independent motors.
Each motor is 7.5 kW, rotates up to 18,000 rpm, and is equipped with ceramic bearings.
Two spindles on one motor are equipped with 4.5 kW, rotates up to 18,000 rpm, and are equipped with ceramic bearings.
Ceramic bearings guarantee reliable operation in extreme conditions at high temperatures and have a significantly longer service life compared to traditional systems.
The working head was designed in the most compact version, guaranteeing a short tool change cycle;
it is mounted on a fork structure to ensure high rigidity even when working in difficult conditions (removing large amounts of material).
Collet chucks are installed on the working head spindles for mounting cutting tools and allow the use of a wide range of end tools, combination tools, and circular saws.
The max. diameter, depending on the tool length, is up to 250 mm (for circular saws).
Vacuum pump.
Oil-immersed vacuum pump, motor according to DIN/VDE 0530 standards, bearings on both sides of the rotor, air cooling via a dual fan, oil-air heat exchanger.
Standard with a mesh filter, vacuum shut-off valve, gas ballast valve, protective cover, and oil separator.
Protection class IP54, insulation class F.
