Block (book) size range: min 105×110 mm to max 320×430 mm; thickness 2–70 mm.
Cover size range: min 110×208 mm to max 435×650 mm.
Throughput: mechanical 500–2,000 cycles/h; practical ≈500–2,000 books/h (material-dependent).
Spine prep: combined milling + notching, max milling depth 5 mm, with vacuum extraction.
Glue systems: supports EVA (hot-melt), PUR, and cold/dispersed glue; side-glue from a separate gluer.
Standard delivery often includes hot-melt, others optional.
Cover feed/scoring: rotating feeder with Winjector® vacuum system; scoring station (standard 2–4 scores, optional 6–8).
Air & power: 6 bar compressed air; 3×400 V, 50 Hz electrical.
Paper/cover weights: typical cover grammage ranges—EVA 135–400 g/m², PUR 135–320 g/m², cold 135–320 g/m².
