Used Programmable Sliding Table Saw
Class SiX is capable of simultaneously using a 550mm saw blade and 160mm scoring blade, for both 90° and ± 46°
inclined cuts, providing the best performance on veneered panels and solid wood components.
Featuring a 10.5’ sliding table saw with 15 horsepower, independent powered scoring unit
with overhead EASY 3 UP PLUS control panel, squaring frame with compex device and stop position LCD readouts. Blade Group Trunnion for Pivoting:

The double trunnion assembly for the blade tilting is part of the blade group casting.
This eliminates the possibility of misalignment which exists when these parts are bolted in the place as some manufacturers do.
Direct shaft drive coupled with rack and pinion gearing allow smooth, angular adjustment of the saw blade.

Radius Steel Guideway System:
Guideways are ground to tolerance allowing for perfectly precise and permanent fitting of the wagon assembly.
The radius is ground into the steel guides increases contact area along the bearing surface which eliminates pre-mature wearing of the bearing and guides.
The steel guides are mechanically dovetailed into place, (not glued).
The guideways way tolerance of this system is +/- .05mm (.002”) along the entire length of the carriage.

E-Z Dial Scoring Set:
Adjusting the scoring set is quick and easy. Simply turn the dial to adjust the width of the score.
This system eliminates the need for shims and the constant adjustment they require. It is fully adjustable in 0.1mm increments.

Complete with:
2-axis scoring unit with automatic adjustment for the motor-powered movement of the horizontal and vertical positioning of the scoring blade
Automatic activation into working position when switching on the blades.

Expandable scoring blade:
Min./max. thickness: 2.8mm/3.6mm
Blade diameter: 160mm
Arbor diameter: 20mm
Number of knives: Z 36
Scoring unit rotating speed: 6000 rpm

Squaring/Crosscut Fence:
The squaring frame has a heavy-duty articulating arm to provide maximum support for heavy panels.
There are preset positions on the outrigger to facilitate angle cuts.
The Class SiX comes with three LCD flip stops that can be positioned to be within 1 inch of each other.

Quick Locking Crosscut Fence:
The crosscut fence can be easily removed by accessing a spring-loaded locking pin.
By pulling down, the crosscut fence easily comes out to either re-position it or remove completely.
When it is needed again, it quickly locks into the exact position it was in previously.

Motor Start/Stop on Slider:
Easily turn on and off the main blade and scoring blade from the end of the sliding table.

Cast-Iron Blade Group:
The Class series sliders incorporate a massive cast iron blade group.
The blades raise and lowers on two steel pillars.
The entire group is closed in order to minimize the dust breaching of the saw cabinet, thus maintaining a longer lift for the saw with less internal maintenance.

Automatic Positioning System of the Overhead Protection:
Overhead protection automatically positions itself as a function of the blade using the exclusive AP System.
This makes the transition from cuts with different angles even faster and safer.

Compex Frame Device:
The self-adjustment system of the CompeX frame (SCM patent) automatically mechanically moves the squaring rule, when it is angled, to maintain the distance between the stops and the cutting line.

EASY 3 UP PLUS:
Upper mobile control panel
Powered parallel fence controlled by NC
Position reading by means of encoder
Sliding on linear fence with recirculating ball bushing through recirculating ball screws
Adjustments by means of pushbutton
Automatic set up
Total exclusion of fence under the worktable
Cutting width 1500mm
