Wentworth Probe Station with probes, 105mm vacuum plate,
4 objectives, color digital camera.

This analytical manual probing station is in good physical condition. It features X, Y, Z
and rotational capability on the sample holding stage.

The Mitutoyo microscope head position can be manipulated on its own X, Y, and Z axes,
and has 1x through 2x magnification adjustment dial. There is also a handle for
raising and lowering the microscope head for better access to the plate.

The plate measures 105mm (approx. 4 inches) and uses a vacuum to secure the sample
in place. There are 6 pair of test probe connection ports on each side of the platform.
