Automatic Cantilever Turret Winder with Dancer
Dancer material recovery
The dancer roller has the function of creating the escort of
material necessary to the automatic cycle for changing the roll in
winding without stopping the whole line of production.
Structure in tubular thickness built in painted complete steel with
connecting rods for reinforcement and plates for fixing to earth.
The dancer is composed of:
- series of cylinders with diameter of 120 mm., built of aluminum complete with
shafts and bearings that can support the material tension.
- N° 2 cylinders, as described above, that have the function of guiding the
entry and the exit of the material inside the accumulator.
- N° 1 frame bringing run cylinders.
- N° 1 mobile wagon definite dancer for synchronization speed with your line.
- N° 2 pneumatic cylinder for dancer roll movement
- N° 1 linear encoder/potentiometer for automatic speed signal.
- series of net carters for safety protection complete with sliding panels,
with electric limit switch, to allow the operator to run the material
and perform possible maintenance inside of the accumulator.
Two Rotary Edge Trim Blades
To be position in the exit of the dancer roll complete with two edge trim cuts.
Complete with special pneumatic razor blades with
manual width adjustment by hand wheel
Pull Roll Section – Exit
- Unit is located at the entry end of the accumulator. Both the driven pull roll and
nip roll are constructed of 6" tubing and the drive roll is covered with
a polyurethane rubber. The nip roll is pneumatically actuated.
The drive roll will be driven by a gear case sized at time of order.
Automatic material transfer with automatic cross cut
Group complete with levers and contrast and run material cylinders in
automatic way on expansion shaft of 6”.
The group is complete of pneumatic special razor blade transversal cut with
contrast blade. Group automatic with PLC control.
Type of cut is an angle cut.
Pre double tape on core material to be position by the operator.
Cantilever Turret Winder
Machine composed of one lateral shoulder in steel plate complete with
fixing plates on the base; connection of the shoulder through steel rods.
Groups of boxes pads holder with cover anti-dust and rotation pins.
To the turret ring are fixed the supports of expansion shafts type cantilever with
one side fixed on the machine for easy unloading finished rolls and
no movement on expansion shaft.
Group of transmission with belt with winding motors positioned on the fixed shoulder. The machine is supplied complete with motor with reduction gear for
the rotation with self-breaking.
Winder drum type with disc toothed gear to support the weight of the rolls up to 50 lbs.
Winder motorized with motor Servo Driver system.
Machine with automatic regulation of the draught strength with servo control system.
On the revolver ring are applied two delay ALU-cylinders with linear section.
The machine is complete with:

The machine will have two winders that can rotate only in
one direction if automatic turret winder
Automatic trolley for unloading finish roll.
Machine with automatic unloading finish roll with automatic trolley with
“V” configuration plane in order to remove the finish roll to
complete the automatic cycle.
Complete with load cell for reading weight and position finish roll and rails with
linear motor for traverse movement of roll outside of the machine.
Antistatic units
Group complete of two antistatic bars to be position near the two winders and
one generator.
Electric and Pneumatic Circuit
Panel to be set on the side of the winder containing the electric equipment,
control buttons, and the instruments for the digital reading for the winding material.
The panel also contains the devices for starting the machine, acoustic signal and
light lamp of start plant.
The electric wires are in conduit.
The language of the touch panel operation system will be in English.
Machine fully automatic with speed signal of 0-10V.
The pneumatic controls are complete with electro valves and regulators.
The control cabinet is equipped with air conditioning (air system).
