this press is designed to press and cut crackers
(or similar baked goods)
with two plates operating in one press.
Each frame can press/cut 60 crackers
within a 500 x 280mm plate.
These cutting and pressing plates are removable
and could be modified to suit another product. Owner’s product was gluten free.
