Quick 106 consists of high performance feeder (up to 10.000 f/h),
coupling calender with a heated cylinder with
forced water circulation e pressure roller with a thrust of up to 7,5 tons.

The heating system is designed to automatically maintain a
constant temperature at any speed and is undoubtedly a
strong point compared to the competition.

A photoelectric barrier prevents improper access while the calender is
in motion. In addition, a joystick for moving the calender makes it easy for
the operator to clean it.

The separator is equipped with separating rollers for OPP and a
hot blade for PET, metallised, nylon and special films is available on
request. The automatic stacker completes the line.

The electrical management is optimized, calculating without
redundancy the electrical power of the machine and the heating unit.

Thanks to this powerful and accurate configuration,
the Quick 106 guarantees high quality finishing at high speed with
any type of substrate, even with self-adhesive film
(if equipped with the appropriate liner rewinder).
