Fischer & Krecke FZR15 / DAR 12
EUROPE (Western and Northern)
Veneering machine with direct stacking
Crossfeed Splicer
For most efficient crossfeed glue splicing of parallel jointed veneer strips to endless or component matched veneer faces.
The sliced or rotary cut veneers must be pre-glued, PVAc or UREA glues.
This crossfeed splicer is the most economic alternative to longitudinal splicers for cross grain applications.
Production:
Approx. 17-20 joints/min
Techinical data:
Veneer strip lengths (grain direction): 350 - 1500 mm
Veneer strip widths (cross grain direction): 50 - 500 mm
Veneer strip thickness: 0,3 - 1,5 mm
Equipped with:
Feeding device for efficent and comfortable semi-automatic feeding of veneer strips.
Panel automatic for component-matched faces with pre-sorted components and pre-selected number of veneer strips.
Features :
- Perfect splicing of sliced or rotary cut veneer of all species, even with wavy or buckled veneer
- Unique, over thousend times proved horizontal pressing system, resulting in fully closed, tight glue joints
- Solid, strong construction for high durability, reliable and fail safe operation
- Ease of operation due to screen panel, clearly arranged icons, separated pressure gauges with direct access, etc.
- Liftable pressure beam for fast and easy access to the heating plates für cleaning
- Few wearing parts, low costs of services and maintenance
Clipper
For clipping to pre-set format width (in cross grain direction).
The width is determined by two photo eyes, which are set in the required distance from the clipper
Direct Stacking Device DAR-22
For discharging and stacking the veneer face directly after splicing.
The spliced faces are gently discharged and stacked without any mechanical impact on this compact direct stacking device.
Min. Veneer face lengths (grain direction): 350 mm
Veneer Face widths (cross grain direction): 250 - 1200 mm
Max. stack height approx. (small sheet will not be aligned perfectly): 500 mm
Max. stack width (cross grain) for unloading to rear end: 1200 mm
