Veneer crossfeed splicing machine
For most efficient crossfeed glue splicing of parallel jointed veneer strips to endless or component matched veneer faces.
The sliced or rotary cut ceneers must be pre-glued with PVAc or UREA glues.
This crossfeed splicer is the most economic alternative to longitudinal splicers for cross grain applications

Production:
Approx. 17-20 joints/min

Technical data:
Veneer strip lengths (grain direction): 350 - 2150 mm
Veneer strip widths ( cross grain direction): 50 - 600 mm
Veneer face width (cross grain direction): min. 260 mm
Veneer strip thickness: 0,3 - 1,5 mm

Equipped with :
Feeding device for efficent and comfortable semi-automatic feeding of veneer strips
Panel automatic for component - matched faces with pre-sorted components and pre-selected number of veneer strips.

Features
- The Furnimaster-plus has a veneer realignment function (return transport motion)
- Perfect splicing of sliced or rotary cut veneer of all species, even with wavy or buckled veneer
- Unique, manifold proved horizontal pressing system resulting in fully closed, tight glue joints
- Solid, strong construction for high durability, reliable and fail safe operation
- Ease of operation due to touch screen panel, clearly arranged icons, separated pressure gauges with direc access, etc.
- Liftable pressure beam for fast an easy access to the heating plates for cleaning
- Few wearing parts, low costs of service and maintenance

Clipper
For clipping to a pre-set format width (in cross grain direction) directly after splicing.
Short widths can be preset and measured by the integrated encoder.
Lager widths are determined by two photo eyes, which are set in the required distance from clipper on the direct stacking device
