Veneering machine with direct stacking

Crossfeed Splicer
Form ist efficient crossfeed glue splicing of parallel jointed veneer strips to endless or component matched veneer faces.
The sliced or rotary cut veneers must be pre-glued, PVAc or UREA glues.
This crossfeed splicer is the most economic alternative to longitudinal splicers for cross grain applications.

Veneer strip widths (cross grain direction): 50 - 500 mm
Veneer face width (cross grain direction): min. 260 mm
Veneer strip thickness: 0,3 - 1,5 mm

Equipped with:
Feeding device for efficent and comfortable semi-automatic feeding of veneer strips.
Panel automatic for component-matched faces with pre-sorted components and preselected number of veneer strips.

Clipper:
For clipping to pre-set format width (in cross grain direction) directly after splicing.
Straight alignment of the veneer must be observed and if necessary reakignd by the push of a button.
When working in the endless mode which are set in the required distance from the direct stacking device.

Direct Stacking Device DAR-22
For discharging and stacking the veneer face directly after splicing or clipping.
The spliced faces are gently discharged and stacked without any mechanical impact on this compact direct stacking device.
