Ceetec Automatic Coating Machine / Painting Machine
The machine is designed for industrial application of paints and wood preservatives on profiled strips, structural timber, glued beams and unprofiled strips.
Industrial version, suitable for integration into automatic production lines

Workpiece dimensions max. 250 x 100 mm (WxH),
workpiece lengths from approx. 800 to theoretically infinite possible

equipped with:
- Flow zone from up to four sides for uniform coating application , individually switchable
- 12 distributor brushes on 8 axes (up/down, right/left, right/left, up/down), brush speed frequency controlled
- Feed via 3 feed rollers, frequency controlled

The application material is in a closed circuit. Excess material flows back into the container through a filter and is reused.
