Scope of supply with line:
1. NID M301 Starch Mogul line with feeder, stacker, molding/stamp, one depositor with ability to inject 3 different colours, dust collector, starch feeder, product output conveyor with air pressure for removing the dust off products
2. 12 drying rooms
3. 2 vacuum cookers/ 1300 and 1900 kg
4. 6 cooker tanks/1000kg without vacuum (all two-jacketed)
5. 1 melting tank/1500 kg (two jacketed – no vacuum)
6. 3 tanks for flavour with 3 dosing pumps
7. 1 two-jacket tanks with 3 lobe pumps for transferring syrup to depositor (the system was originally with 3 but in the last years we are using only one small tank)
8. All two-jacket pipes
9. 1 steam drum + 1 drum for sugar dusting
11. 50 trolleys (more or less)
12. 4800 wooden trays
13. 5 molding plates
14. 1 nozzle plates (working) + another one to be reconditionned.
15. Centrifugation system + small tank for impurities (extra cost of 30.000 euro)
with 2 hoppers and fully complete
but without starch dryer

kitchen included is Ter braak jet cooking system fo 2.000 kg / hour , and yes all included .
This line has only 1 hopper for multicolour one shot and filling possible , can make all products but only 1 layer , 2 layer not possible .
It can make jelly beans , gummy bears and so on , attached also some photos of products made .
