Axis Movement
The drive system in X, Y, and Z utilizes precision-ground ball screws of the highest class.
The ball screw of the X-axis is located precisely in the center of the guides.
This ensures balanced load distribution during the positioning process.
This characteristic is crucial for smooth movement, even during complex operations.
The movement of the various axes is achieved via brushless AC servomotors.
These offer excellent positioning speeds thanks to very low ramp times.
Furthermore, the measuring systems are fully integrated into these motors.
These features make this type of drive completely maintenance-free.
