West Bond 545657B Convertible Semi-Automatic

This West-Bond 545657B is a Semi-Automatic Three-Way
Convertible 45° Wire Feed Wedge, 90° Wire & Ribbon Feed Wedge,
and Gold Ball Wire Bonder (s/n 15323), which is currently set up with
the Wedge Bond Head and 90° Feed Clamps, making it a 5600B.

We do not currently have the other head/clamps for it.
It looks to be in good cosmetic condition,
showing some minor signs of wear.

It comes with an Olympus SZ3060 StereoZoom Microscope,
and a Heated Workholder with Digital Temperature Controller
