The thermal vacuum test equipment is mainly composed of a vacuum system and a heating/cooling system. Through the combined action of these two systems, a high-temperature and high-vacuum environment is simulated. The vacuum system uses components such as vacuum pumps, gas condensers, and pressure sensors to remove gases from the vacuum chamber, making the internal pressure close to the vacuum state. The heating system is usually composed of resistive wires, radiation heaters, or high-frequency heaters, and the heating power and temperature can be adjusted by controlling the current and voltage of the heating elements. During actual operation, the equipment uses a combination of main pumps (such as mechanical pumps) and molecular pumps to evacuate the vacuum chamber, creating a high-vacuum environment.
