APV Plate type pasteurizer

Description
Plate type pasteurizer, manufactured by APV, all stainless steel contacts. Skid consists of a balance tank, pumps and Bell & Gossett heat exchanger. Balance tank specifications: 45" L x 35" W x 18-1/2" H, (1) 3" tri-clamp, (1) 2" tri-clamp and (2) 1-1/2" tri-clamp inlets on top, (1) 2" and (1) 3"tri-clamp discharge at side and (1) 4"tri-clamp discharge at bottom, 32-3/4" L x 22-1/2" W top manway with a hinged lid (6"diameter hole on cover). Heat exchanger specifications: 150 psi at 375 degrees F MAWP and -20 degrees F at 150 psi MDMT for shell side, serial number 140639-01, year: 2010 and approx. 72" SW x 12" diameter. Pump specifications: 7-1/2 hp electrically rated 208-230/460V, 3ph, 21-19.2/9.6 FLA at 60Hz and 10 hp Fristam centrifugal pump electrically rated 208-230/460V, 3ph, 60Hz, 24.9-23.6/11.8 FLA. Skid is also equipped with a Flovert panel with (4)3" tri-clamp ports, 27"SW x 11"diameter drum, Allen-Bradley Panelview 600, (2)Allen-Bradley Powerflex 40 VFDs and Commander 1900 c
