FEATURES:
• Currently configured with three (3) brush rolls and three (3) abrasive rolls - can be set with any combination of abrasive and/or brush rolls, with a range of grit and/or brush options for more or less peeling action.
• Peeling / Scrubbing rolls are powered by a 10 HP self-contained hydraulic power pack.
• 18 inch by 12 inch top hopper inlet opening on the hinged stainless steel cover at a 73 inch infeed height.
• Lubricating and rinsing action are provided in the chamber via a water spray header with spray nozzles.
• Retention time is controlled by a manually adjustable discharge gate at 48 inches high.
• Water, peels and debris drop to a full-length sloped water catch pan with a 6 inch center bottom outlet.
• Locking 7.5 inch locking casters for added mobility.
• All food grade sanitary stainless steel body.
• 460 volt 3 phase electrical input.
